Instandhaltung<\/strong> ist der Oberbegriff f\u00fcr alle Ma\u00dfnahmen zum Erhalt und zur Wiederherstellung des funktionsf\u00e4higen Zustands technischer Anlagen. DIN 31051 unterscheidet vier Grundma\u00dfnahmen: Wartung, Inspektion, Instandsetzung und Verbesserung.<\/p>\n

Wartung verz\u00f6gert den Abbau des Abnutzungsvorrats, Inspektion stellt ihn fest, Instandsetzung stellt den Sollzustand wieder her, Verbesserung erh\u00f6ht die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit ohne \u00c4nderung der Funktion. Die Geb\u00e4udeinspektion<\/a> liefert dabei die Befunde, aus denen die Instandhaltungsplanung entsteht.<\/p>\n

Der wirtschaftliche Kern ist die Unterscheidung zwischen geplant und reagierend. Ungeplanter Ausfall kostet nicht nur die Reparatur, sondern die Folgen: Betriebsunterbrechung, Notdienstzuschl\u00e4ge, im Sicherheitsbereich zus\u00e4tzlich eine L\u00fccke im Schutz, solange die Anlage steht.<\/p>\n
