Occupational health and safety management comprehensively certified
How important a company really considers its own employees is shown by the efforts it makes in terms of occupational health and safety.
The CIBORIUS Group provides personnel-intensive services for its customers throughout Germany, where it is the highly trained and instructed employees who are committed to implementing the company's quality standards on site. It is irrelevant whether small teams are involved or several dozen security experts work together on a large project.
Intensively examining the multitude of different application scenarios, local conditions and customer specifications, also from the perspective of preventive occupational safety, is part of project management and thus a natural part of daily business processes. In order to work on a uniform basis that has already proven itself many times over, the established AMS has already been subject to an intensive technical review by the VBG since 2019. Each branch is subject to the procedure and, by obtaining the certificate, can also prove to existing staff and new employees that they are systematically and sustainably taking care of the prevention of occupational diseases, accidents at work and work-related health hazards.
In times of acute staff shortages, it is all the more important to pay close attention to the health and safety of human resources. If the framework conditions are right, employees work more productively and are more willing to perform. In short, the quality of occupational health and safety has a direct impact on the quality of the work itself and thus also on customer satisfaction. Employees, companies and customers all benefit in the long term from a systematic OSH system.
With the current and VBG-certified AMS certification, all CIBORIUS locations officially fulfil the requirements according to NLF / ILO-OSH 2001 or DIN ISO 45001 and guarantee "systematic and effective" occupational health and safety.
"Every company is only as good as its employees", and we create the best conditions for this.
