In addition to the obvious task of keeping an eye on all technical and customer processes, signal inputs, alarm messages and processes and being able to act from a central location, this also enables monitoring of service performance. That is why their health and operational readiness are very important to us and we are intensively dedicated to increasing occupational safety.
