Emergency call and service control center (NSL) is now VdS-certified nationwide<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In the second quarter of 2022, CIBORIUS succeeded in completing certification of the emergency call and service control center (NSL<\/a>) in accordance with VdS<\/a> 3138.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The CIBORIUS NSL<\/span> system manages and documents alarms and is primarily responsible for responding immediately to emergency messages that precisely meet the requirements of the situation in question. Depending on the type of alarm, e.g. fire or burglary, a few seconds can make all the difference when it comes to saving lives, preventing crime and securing the future of entire locations.<\/p>\n

Therefore, the professional application of NSL<\/span> procedures and their recognition according to VdS<\/span> 3138 is required.<\/p>\n

To ensure the openness of the system and more precise networking, the IT specialists at our partner <\/span>Security Robotics<\/a> <\/span>developed its own ROI software (Robot Ontology Interface). This software integrates end devices such as robots, sensors and cameras, as well as software such as CIBORIUS’ integrated control center software LISA from <\/span>Dr. Pfau telecontrol technology<\/a>, to form an overall safety system.<\/p>\n

DIN 77200-2 and other certifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

CIBORIUS Security & Service Solutions Berlin GmbH is one of the first security service providers in Germany to be certified in the extended area of DIN 77200.<\/p>\n

DIN 77200-2 covers the extended requirements for special service areas and sets higher standards, for example for the area of security services for the protection of refugees and asylum shelters (Chapter 8).<\/p>\n
