DATA PROTECTION
The protection and security of the personal data of our employees, customers and suppliers is very important to us. We therefore take measures to protect this data. We ensure a high level of transparency with regard to data collection, processing, use, storage and deletion.
With these corporate guidelines, we are committed to continuously improving the effectiveness of our integrated management system and the binding obligations that apply to it. All requirements and the corporate guidelines are reviewed and updated to ensure that they are up to date, appropriate, expedient and relevant in terms of the context and strategic orientation of the company, as well as for internal compliance. If necessary, we inform the public about our activities in an open and transparent manner.
INFORMATION SECURITY
The German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) formulates three central protection goals for information security in the IT baseline protection standards:

- Integrity (protection against unauthorized modification)
- Availability (protection against failures)
Security and data protection-related process and architecture requirements are implemented as standard in the CIBORIUS Group’s IT systems. The sovereignty and ability to control the IT systems, information and data of the CIBORIUS Group must be guaranteed, especially to defend against cybercrime and espionage. The required IT security level will be ensured by the end of 2021 through IT security certification processes and regular auditing.
