CIBORIUS guards and controls vaccination centers with its own security concept
Some federal states, such as Brandenburg and Baden-Württemberg, are already counting on CIBORIUS SECURITY & SERVICE SOLUTIONS as a reliable partner for guarding access controls and the vaccine when commissioning the coronavirus vaccination centers. CIBORIUS has developed its own safety and hygiene concept for each vaccination center in order to meet the high requirements. Certified staff who have also undergone special training in infection protection are used. The challenges posed by the pandemic require special security measures to ensure the protection of our own employees and to be able to react appropriately to the new situation. This is precisely where CIBORIUS started over the course of the year and adapted its security concepts to the pandemic situation.
Supervision of an initial reception center under special COVID-19 conditions
The challenging situation of the coronavirus pandemic also requires special measures and rules in initial reception facilities for refugees and asylum seekers. To this end, the Karlsruhe Regional Council is relying on the strong support of CIBORIUS for the initial reception facility in the former Tompkins Barracks in Schwetzingen. The facility in Schwetzingen also functions as a pre-filter facility in relation to Covid-19, which is why special rules apply here, compliance with which must be ensured by security personnel.
CIBORIUS’ task here is to take all necessary measures to prevent infection with Covid-19. This includes ensuring that cohort separation is maintained and accompanying individual residents on all activities on the premises. CIBORIUS has also set up a registration line to ensure a smooth and, above all, secure process for registering new residents in cooperation with the regional council and the health authorities. During this process, CIBORIUS supports its own social workers in recording personal data, carries out baggage checks and monitors the coronavirus test procedure. CIBORIUS is also committed to ensuring that quarantine regulations are observed by residents and that positive coronavirus cases are housed separately in isolation.
