CQC update: Development of an advanced analysis tool
An advanced analysis tool is currently being developed for the CIBORIUS Quality Control Centre (CQC). This tool is specially designed to analyse data from the employee assessment app and the property check app and is intended to provide significant support for quality management and strategic decision-making.
Key features of the new tool include the consolidation of data from both apps to provide comprehensive insights into safety performance and operational efficiency. It uses a rating system that assesses the performance of employees and subcontractors based on reliability criteria and customer feedback.
Real-time dashboards provide visualisations of performance trends and enable comparisons between teams and locations. Automated reports that include performance evaluations, security incidents and compliance status can be used for both internal assessments and communication with customers. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning makes it possible to recognise patterns, predict trends and generate recommendations for action to improve security services. In addition, AI-supported, property-specific analyses allow detailed assessments for individual locations in order to develop customised security solutions.
The advantages of the new analysis tool are manifold. Managers can make informed decisions based on data, which promotes transparency and accountability. Recognising trends and risks at an early stage enables proactive risk management. Feedback mechanisms improve communication between managers and employees.
