Successful recertification of the occupational health and safety system
Efficient occupational health and safety is crucial for the quality and productivity of work as well as the performance and motivation of employees. The “AMS – Systematic Occupational Health and Safety” programme implemented at the CIBORIUS Group was certified and recognised by the German Employers’ Liability Insurance Association (VBG) in 2020. This systematic approach to occupational health and safety helps to reduce accidents at work and occupational illnesses and creates a safe and pleasant working environment. This enables CIBORIUS employees to complete their tasks more effectively, resulting in higher productivity overall.
Safety measures also have a positive impact on the well-being and motivation of employees, which in turn promotes their willingness to take on additional responsibility. In the first quarter of this year, the CIBORIUS Group was once again successfully audited and recertified, confirming the high occupational health and safety standards within the company. This recertification by the VBG emphasises the CIBORIUS Group’s ongoing commitment to systematic and effective occupational health and safety, which ensures the safety and health of employees as well as the quality of work and productivity within the company.
Seven years in a row: CIBORIUS supports Christmas dinner for the homeless
For the seventh time in a row, CIBORIUS Security & Service Solutions Frankfurt am Main GmbH, a CIBORIUS Group company, provided its security services for the “Christmas Goose Dinner for the Homeless” organised by the Bernd Reisig Foundation “helfen helfen”. CIBORIUS provided security for this special charitable event in the historic Ratskeller in Frankfurt, which offered a festive meal to around 700 people in need.
Due to high demand, the event was split into two sessions at 16:00 and 17:30, organised by various charities. Frankfurt’s Lord Mayor Mike Josef supported the event as patron, while celebrities from various fields, including DFB President Bernd Neuendorf and actress Radost Bokel, were on hand to serve the guests. HIT RADIO FFH also contributed to the success of the event, with presenter Julia Nestle acting as waitress.
The kitchen prepared a total of 750 goose legs, 1,600 dumplings and 200kg of red cabbage, which were donated by REWE. Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main (VGF) provided free transport for the guests, which clearly demonstrated the social responsibility and solidarity of the city and local companies.
